A proud family man, he values community, connection, and making a meaningful impact. Outside of his professional life, Pierce enjoys cooking, fishing, tennis, and attending concerts—activities that fuel his passion for adventure and shared experiences.

Professionally, Pierce is a strategic partnerships expert, helping businesses grow through high-value collaborations. As the founder of Hollyn Laine Global Advisors, he specializes in building and optimizing partnership ecosystems for HR tech and services companies.
